When ordering a Pre-Order item with Pullnbangrz, all other items in that same cart will be shipped with the Pre-Order item. That means if you placed an order for a Pre-Order that is set to ship out in one month from the time you placed it, you’ll have to wait one month to receive all the items in that order including NON pre-order items.
To ensure you get any other items you want before that pre-order item ships please add them to a separate cart and check out under a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially canceled.
Pre-Order purchases will be charged to your payment method immediately upon purchase. Orders can be cancelled BEFORE shipment but are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction was made.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and provide a full refund to the purchaser before we ship out the order. This will always be our worst case scenario if all other options are unsuccessful with providing the product.
We reserve the right to limit these pre-orders to site members ONLY.
IF you place multiple orders for items that have a "Per Household Limit", the orders over the limit will be cancelled unless otherwise arranged. Purchasers who abuse this rule by creating multiple names, addresses, ect. Will have all orders cancelled and will not be allowed to purchase with us anymore.
Abusers of any limited pre-order items, we will charge a 20% cancellation fee.
The use of bots to order pre-order items is prohibited! Orders using bots to mass order are subject to cancellation along with a 30% fee.
IF your order shows up as FRAUD RISK (example: Mismatched billing/shipping address, lack of CVV code, mismatched IP address, ect.) we will most likely cancel your order. You may contact us if you believe the Fraud Risk is false to attempt another purchase.
