• Priority shipping on order over 16oz depending on location (95% of the time) • Ground shipping on Order under 16 oz (95% of the time) 

• We use bubble wrap and good quality boxes for packaging. 

•Tracking emailed once order has been shipped

• We are NOT responsible for any stolen package after confirmed delivery by the shipping service provider

• Contact us with any shipping concerns

• Once verified by carrier, we will replace lost or damaged products with store credit or replacement of original order
